Adoption of general conditions for the conclusion of contracts and transactions:
During the registration or purchase (in both cases), the User, wishing to use the services of the online store, is required to accept these General Conditions for Contracts and Transactions, which can be done by selecting the corresponding box on the form. If by accepting the General Conditions for contracts and transactions, a contract is concluded between the Service Provider and the user of the online store (User) in accordance with the General Conditions of Contracts and Transactions.

If the user does not accept the General Conditions for Contracts and Transactions, he/she cannot use the services of the Internet store. In this case, he/she can neither register nor make an order.

Steps for ordering:
The user marks the ordered item, which is then placed in the shopping basket. In case of ordering other items, it is possible to return to the products page where you can continue shopping. After selecting the items, they can be viewed in the shopping basket. Here, before the final completion of the order, you can correct the number of ordered items, remove the items from the basket and add new products.
To make purchases, contract registration is not necessary. For registration, the user fills in the Customer Form which contains information about the invoice, delivery and possible payment methods.
A user with a user ID and password provided during registration can enter the online store at any time and monitor orders, change data.
If the User makes an order to the pages of the online store and the Service Provider in the e-mail (e-mail) confirms the acceptance of the order, suchwise a sale-purchase contract arises between the User and the Service Provider.
The user agrees that the language of the contracts that has arisen through the use of the online store may be Hungarian, English or Russian and the contracts concluded in this way are not considered to be written contracts and NATVIC LLP does not register them.

Main properties of items:
The main properties of items users can see on the pages of the presentation of products.

The price placed next to the goods is the purchase price of the goods, the prices are indicated in forints and contain value added tax. The purchase prices next to the products are guaranteed, they do not change during the period between the ordering and receipt of goods.

Information related to the processing of orders:

Processing of orders takes place on working days from 09:00 to 16:00. There is an opportunity to place an order at a different time than the specified hours for processing orders, but if this happens after the expiration of the working time, the order is processed for the next working day.
In each case, our Customer Service confirms orders in an e-mail specifying when the order can be executed. Occasionally this can take 24-48 hours depending on the type of items, but we try to send notices in the shortest possible time.
Images on the pages of the presentation of products may differ from reality, in certain cases they appear as an illustration. Our company does not take responsibility for possible changes in technical specifications that occurred without prior notice by the supplier or for reasons independent of him. We reserve the right to partial or complete rejection (cancellation) of already confirmed orders. Partial execution is possible only after agreement with the customer! The purchase price of an item not delivered in the event of its preliminary payment is returned by a retransfer to the sender.
If after placing the order you did not receive a confirmation to the specified e-mail address, we recommend checking the SPAM (junk mail) folder in the mail correspondence system.

Delivery information:

Goods ordered in Hungary are delivered by Hungarian post (Magyar Posta) or express delivery service.

Delivery, except for holidays and special periods (about our promotion periods you can inquire on our website or on social network pages), takes 1-2 working days. If you would like to receive the package on a particular day, in the specified period, then please be sure to mark this when ordering in the Notes section (Megjegyzés).

Shipping costs:
 • Delivery fee in case of preliminary transfer (Paypal, Bank transfer) - ... Ft (forint). Cash on delivery (payment on delivery) - ... Ft (forint).
 • Delivery time, starting from the ordering, makes a maximum of 14 working days, in 99% of cases we ship within 24-48 hours. In case of delivery abroad, we ask you to request our individual offer.

Possible ways of payment:
 • Cash on delivery when the goods are delivered is paid on cash to a Hungarian postal operator or courier.
 • Pre-transfer to your bank account or PayPal account. The client has the right to transfer the purchase price beforehand, in this case, when he receives the ordered goods, he has no payment obligation.
 • Direct bank transfer.

Claims, exchange of goods, guarantee rules:
The use of the online store presupposes the understanding and acceptance of the possibilities and limitations of the Internet, especially its technical characteristics and the resulting errors and failures. The admin of the online store does not assume responsibility for the damage that arose during the linking to the online store or because of it. The user must evaluate how to protect the data stored in his/her computer from intruders. The admin of the online store in any way cannot be held liable for fraud and deceitful practices committed by third parties.
We can consider the order accepted only when at registration or order placement all fields on the page were filled with valid data. We do not take responsibility for damage due to omission of this or for technical problems that arise during the process.
We are not liable for damages arising from reference materials, descriptions, inaccuracies, or lack of instructions for use. In case of complaints of this nature, please contact the manufacturer of the product!

If there are any obstacles against the execution of the order, Fehér De Lux is obliged to contact the Customer without delay by e-mail or phone to agree on further actions. The customer is obliged to accept the products indicated in the order and delivered to the address indicated in the Internet store, to pay cash to a delivery man of the price indicated on the Fehér De Lux confirmation, which also includes the cost of packing and delivering of the products, if he/she has not settled it previously in electronic way.

Right of return and cancellation of the order:

The customer has the right after ordering, but before the delivery, refuse to purchase. In this case, the client does not have a payment obligation due to the refusal (cancellation of the order), but the refusal should be notified by phone or in writing within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Buyers of the online store have the right to return the goods, which can be done within 14 days, starting from the receipt of the product. You can request return by filling out and sending the form from the representative offices of logistics business sector of the Hungarian Post (MPL Posta) or by another clear statement.
The Parties stipulate that possible legal disputes are settled by the Pest Central District Court. For the issues not settled herein, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Government Decision 45/2014.(II.26) on contracts concluded between absentees shall be decisive.

If the ordered goods are defective or damaged during delivery, Fehér De Lux shall exchange it for free. If you do not wish to take this opportunity, we will refund your purchase price for the product. If you notice a damage on the received product, please inform our company. 

Unsuccessful delivery:
If the goods are not delivered due to your fault, then new shipment in all cases shall be at your expense.

Fehér De Lux strives to supply the Customer with impeccable goods. If the Customer had claims on the product, we accept the claim along with the confirmation of the purchase invoice. The customer has the opportunity to exchange goods or refund money within 30 days from the date of purchase. We try to settle the claims by mutual agreement. Limitation of Liability:

Purchasing at store presupposes the buyer’s understanding and acceptance of the possibilities and limitations of the Internet, especially its technical characteristics and the resulting failures. Fehér De Lux is not responsible for any trouble which may arise because of  the following:
The Internet sends and / or receives any incorrect data.
Any functional failure in the Internet which prevents the uninterrupted operation of    store and purchasing.
Any failure in any means of receiving data in the communication lines.
The loss of any letter regardless of whether it was received in paper or electronic form, but mainly the loss of any data.
Inadequate operation of any software. The consequences of any program error, abnormal event or technical defect. Fehér De Lux is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the buyer due to the connection to store. The user must evaluate how he/she can protect the data stored in his/her computer from intruders. Only buyer is responsible for connecting to store and making purchases in store.

Fehér De Lux reserves the right to change the content of the website and the online store, product range, contract, rules and all other content. Any change takes effect when found online at store. Any buyer who does not agree with changing the rules should stop making purchases. If the buyer in any form violates the rules, Fehér De Lux can freely declare the registration and the purchase as invalid and the client has no right to object to the decision and claim damages. 

Protection, personal data:

 • The use of personal data by the participant takes place in accordance with the current provisions and norms of the Data Protection Regulation. Every buyer has the right of access to any and all information, data, to correct or delete them.
 • Fehér De Lux, executing the contract and later confirming and proving the terms of the contract, stores the data of the customers or transmits it to the subcontractor. Subcontractors have no right to store, use personal data transmitted to them by Fehér De Lux or transmit them to third parties.
 • The Service Provider does not assume responsibility for delivery problems or other problems arising from false and / or inaccurately specified data during the registration process.

The user when registering in the online store accepts the General Terms and Conditions for the conclusion of contracts and transactions by Fehér De Lux the online store.
The User’s registration and all personal data may be erased at any time by the Service Provider on the basis of a written request sent to the e-mail address e-mail.
The User acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider attached to them during registration can use the information for marketing purposes (for example, sending an information mailing). If the User does not wish to receive more information from the Service Provider, then in this case he/she should send an e-mail to and we will exclude him/her from the list of notices about new ins.

The use of an online dispute resolution platform requires registration in the European Commission system, then after entering the system the consumer can file a complaint through the main page of the site if the legal dispute has not been resolved directly with the enterprise.

After filing a complaint, the online dispute resolution platform immediately passes it to the opposing party (the other party in the dispute). After that, the parties concerned must come to an agreement on an alternative forum for settling disputes, which ultimately will carry out the proceedings in the case that has arisen between them. The platform informs the parties about those forums that can carry out proceedings in their case. As soon as there is an agreement on a forum for settling disputes, the online platform sends a complaint there.
If the parties failed to reach an agreement within 30 days, or the platform cannot, on the basis of the data provided, determine such alternative forum for settling disputes that has the competence and authority to conduct proceedings in the case, the complaint is not further elaborated.
